Latinas in Beauty  is a non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating equity and increasing representation for Latina women and Latina-owned brands within the beauty industry.

MISSION:

Latinas in Beauty is a non-profit organization committed to fostering the advancement of Latina women within the beauty industry by providing community, advocacy, resources and education to help them achieve their professional and entrepreneurial goals.

VISION:

Our vision is a beauty industry where Latinas are equitably represented across all sectors, from leadership positions to creative roles, fostering an environment where their talents and perspectives flourish and contribute to a truly inclusive industry
